^^ reminds me a picture about that part, made by Frank Franzetta
it was awesome, i love Franzetta's art, but well Eowyn's butt and girly legs were completely exposed xD i imagined the other knights "friend you have a really feminine lower body for being a super manly rohan's knight " XD
This is my new favourite LotR fanart - it not only depicts one of my favourite scenes, it also has a very unique take on the Witch-King of Angmar. Nazgul tend not to lend themselves well to improvisation - there are only so many things one can do with "black robes, covered from head to toe, no face"...
Not particularly, more because the colors are more natural. its beautiful ether way don’t get me wrong.
with the higher contrast you cant see as much of the great detail you have in it. though I like the reflective light across the skin of the dragon in the newer one as well as the bit of motion you added into the newer one. though the composition with the girl I fell works better in this peace as well Nazgul looks a bit more ominous when only the eyes are glowing creating a slightly lit cloud behind him were as when hes fully illuminated from all sides he lose the power he has even though he has a stronger stance with his arm raised in the new picture. I do however like the inclusion of the glowing chess in the newer one. another thing I noticed with the two is the sises of the neck of the creature. here it seems to flow more naturally were in the new one it looks a bit disproportionate probably out of trying to force a stronger angle out of it. Ether way the picture is still beautiful done and in the end I think it has to do with personal preference. keep up the wonderful work.
